Frozen Beverage Dispensers
Frozen beverage equipment must maintain a consistent product texture throughout the service day. RBA provides professional service, repair, and installation for frozen and chilled beverage dispensers. We diagnose and resolve issues involving refrigeration, dispensing systems, and the controls that keep your product at the proper consistency.
Equipment We Service
- Frozen beverage and slush dispensers
- Chilled and post-mix beverage dispensers
- Single and multi-hopper units
- Dispense valves, taps, and seals
- Self-contained refrigeration systems
What We Inspect
These are the areas we commonly evaluate during service. The exact cause of the problem can only be determined after an on-site inspection.
Product too soft or too firm
Consistency has drifted from where it should be. We check the refrigeration side, the controls and set points, and whether the unit is being asked to recover faster than it can.
Not freezing or not holding
The unit runs but the product never reaches temperature. We work through the sealed system, airflow, and condenser condition to find where the capacity is going.
Dispense valves and taps
Dripping, sticking, or slow dispense. Valves, seals, and handles wear with use, and they are usually straightforward to put right once identified.
Leaks and drainage
Product or water appearing where it should not. We trace the source rather than treating the symptom at the drip tray.
Controls and set points
Units that behave differently from one day to the next often have controls reading or set differently than expected. We verify what they are actually doing.
Installation and replacement
New dispenser installation, replacement of an existing unit, and getting ventilation and clearances right so the refrigeration can keep up.
Service & Installation
Service covers diagnosis and repair on dispensers already in place — refrigeration, mix consistency, dispense hardware, and controls. Installation covers new dispensers, replacements, and siting equipment so it can hold temperature in a working service area.
Work is performed under California Contractor License CSLB #985145, with classifications C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating & Air-Conditioning and C-38 Refrigeration.
If the fault turns out to sit elsewhere — in controls, or in connected HVAC equipment — RBA handles that too, rather than passing you to another contractor.
